Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the bet88.com Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

4.1 Registration Information

4.3 Account Security

5.1 Deposits

7.1 Game Integrity

All games on the bet88.com Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and random outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published and accessible to Players.

7.2 Malfunction Policy

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. In no event shall bet88.com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

bet88.com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that:

• You have breached any provision of this Agreement.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Your Account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities.
• Continued operation of your Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Funds in your Account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

In cases of Account closure due to breach of this Agreement, bet88.com reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in the Account, including both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the subject matter. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.

Nothing in this section shall prevent bet88.com from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

bet88.com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The most current version of this Agreement will always be available on the bet88.com Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13 of this Agreement.
